Allied Renewables Limited Price Pledge

We believe that our customers should receive accurate, impartial and expert advice and best value when purchasing a solar photovoltaic (PV) system. Our aim is to ensure that our customers have complete confidence that they are making the correct investment decision.

We constantly monitor the international PV market to ensure that we obtain and supply products that meet our performance requirements at prices that are highly competitive. Our Price Pledge means that we offer to match any genuinely comparable* quotation for the complete installation of the PV system. We are happy to do this once for each system installation**.

If you have a genuine quotation from a competitor company that is lower than our price for a directly comparable system in terms of product quality, installation and service conditions*** then we will match that price.

* We will require full details, in writing, of the competitor company’s solar PV design, details of the company and their MCS accreditation status, prices and products specified, delivery charges, installation charges including access equipment, deposit/payment schedule and, any excluded costs in order that we can ascertain whether the quotation is directly comparable.

** If we match a competing company’s price and they subsequently submit a lower price we do not guarantee to match it a second time. Our Price Match is a one-time only offer and is valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue of a matched quotation subject to our Terms and Conditions.

*** Competing quotations must be issued by MCS accredited installers, using equivalent accredited products with all electrical work carried out by a “Part P” IEE 17th Edition qualified electrician and the installer must be a member of the REAL Assurance scheme and fully comply with the scheme’s code of conduct including the requirement to hold deposit monies in a client account that is not available for general business activities.
